Are you saying you eat a small portion about every 2 hours? I am eating the vegetables in my broth. I have corn, peas, beans, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, zucchini, celery, and I may have left some out. I followed what the book said to do. Where did you get the probiotics and the rye wafers? I looked all over several grocery stores in my area (Kroger, Aldi,) and I didn't see any. I saw some chocolate wafers and I didn't think that would go to well with vegetable soup (lol) Thanks for the information.
