Today the area around my mole is reallys sore. Like I said, I'm not worried about it. Maybe if it was bigger. The mole itself has a scab on it and is half the size as far as extrusion goes. I'm kind of sad about it. I've had it my whole life. Ok, i'm not really sad.

These baths truly are amazing. My slightly jaundiced skin is has already lost a bit of its yellow tint, and my skin feels a lot smoother. I've always had nice skin, aside from a bit of face acne. But I'm 1/2 Asian, so I should expect as much. Does anyone know if I can use the regular old cheap non grade h2o2 to make the baths. I used food grade but that would cost a heafty amount of money to keep using.

I've been doing coffee enemas but am going to stop doing them and do the baths daily instead. The coffee enemas don't provide me with much relief anyhow. If my symptoms get worst after a few weeks I'll go back to them, but am going to stop as of today. They say that coffee enemas aren't addictive the same as drinking it, but I am going to expect some withdrawal symptoms for a few days. Tweet
