Re: Question for a harleygyrl!!
hi, thanks!
the lycopene thing ain't so important, so don't worry about it. yes, glutithione is different than glutamine. but you ususally have to buy it and L-Methionine separately as opposed to inthe same tablet as other supplements. the cilantro, dragon river has one of the best is
http://www.dragonriverherbals.com/Pages/guidebook.html#Cilantro
but some healthfood stores in your area can order cilantro tincture or extract for you, so ask them. you can order supplements off the great earth vitamins site and they may give you a break on postage, check with the store i have on my site and tell them i said to ask. you may have to type in the exact name in the search box on some things. it is on my chelation page. any supplements you cannot find together, you may need to buy separately. try not to buy anythingthat contains both iron and vitamin C. the iron makes the C go bad quickly and it becomes toxic. you cannot really substitute for these: L-Glutathione and L-Methionine.
you would have to take very high amounts of B vitamins to cause harm, but any of the acidic b vitamins can cause stomach distress, like B-3, B-5. also, DO NOT take too much vitamin B-12 until you have detoxed a few months. it is a powerful chelator and can make you ill. take the minimum amount or no more than 100 mcgs a day. a good multi-mineral is very important because the brain thinks mercury is a mineral and likes to hold on to it. so, you need an excess of minerals to get it to release better fro the brain. if you can take a multi-mineral 3 times a day, it is best. the best way to chelate is to take as many chelators of mercury that you can. some mobilize it and some bind to it and carry it through. chlorella does both. be cautious with chlorella, only take up to 200 mgs a day.
if you email me i can also send you a copy of what i took. it's a little different than what is on my site.
