** Beating candida w alk drink and detox baths

I understand your fear. Had candida probs longer than you mention having them.

What worked for me was: lots of pickling lime and kelp, other ingredients in drink not increased.

Also liberally used detox baths.

A key for me was monitoring my PH. For the first few weeks, I had to use baths and the drink made very strong to force myself a bit further alkiline than normal. This created and unfriendly environment for the candida and at the same time healed things up enough so that the canida is not a prone to come back.

About a month into this, I had a chemical poisoning from herbicde and pesticide. There was a brief, mild flareup while my body was very acidic, but it resolved as I re alkilized. No trouble since. I still do monitor my PH, and use drinks and baths to keep it balanced and adjust quantity of both for acidity due to detoxing or less than optimum foods.
