These blogs should be dismantled permanently

Baysides aka/ fake John Hanniford aka / some other name (I forget what now),
Had blogs permanently dismantled period when was banned.

I think the same should be applied here in light of the seriousness
of this situation concerning 9th body.
Since she did use her blogs to Harass others with, including moderators.

We should not REWARD folks by allowing them to change old blogs to new username,
esp when they are continuing in same path right from the start.
I think Harassing moderators thru emails certainly qualifies as that.
