irregular heartbeat

Dr. dennis, How can I help a irregular heartbeat? It's been more frequent than usual. Kept me up till 130am last night. There's no pain just a weird uncomfortable feeling. I've had this issue for a few years, it's usually not this persistent. I've seen a cardiologist and they said it was nothing to worry about.
