I learned that If I eat anything past 6pm I have troubles sleeping, but if I eat a very light dinner and take some dandelion/milk thistle/turmeric before bed to cool down my liver I sleep very well.
Well last night I drank some raw goats milk kefir before bed. I figured it would be find since it was raw and fermented.
This morning I woke up EXTREMELY congested. My right eye, the one have problems with, was more blood shot red and swollen then I've seen in a while. I could hardly see out of it. I had to run around the block full speed a few times just to relieve it.
WHen moreless says no protein before bed, take it to heart!
