From some of your symptoms, sounds like it might be an STD. Have you ever been tested for STD's? Your symptoms might be a bacterial or viral infection. Herpes sometimes causes burning/itching in the genital/anal areas. Herpes is NOT tested for during a standard std screening. You must specifically ask for a herpes test.

If untreated, STD's can cause permanent damage like sterility etc...
