can i still do a liver flush with no gallbladder

i just had my gallbladder removed (last week) and was wondering if i could/should still do a liver flush? my guess is that if i can do one i still should wait at least a couple of more weeks to let my stomach heal from the surgery. if it is okay to do a Liver Flush can someone recommend a good one to use that is safe but effective?
