no luck

HI DEnnis, You had recommended I take sepia pellets, Dong quai and false unicorn for my irregular menses but I can't seem to find it on my health store. There's only one near me. Where would you recommend I buy this stuff?? Also is there anything I should avoid taking while on theses herbs such as herbs???
