i take Lysine also b/c someone on here said it helped them. so i started with 500mg saw nothing bumped it to 2000 and saw results basically my lips still peel a little bit. but it is a huge improvement compared to not taking it at all. Lysine doesn't heal my lips it just cuts the peeling down. if i don't take it my lips will peel again. i have tried topical steroids protopic etc.. nothing helps but this does.
