2Health, I use MHs kidney cleanse and after having completed a kidney cleanse protocol with it, I've only taken it in conjunciton with flushes. I take it after a HC flush if there is tightness, soreness or pain. With the Hot Lemonade flushes, I take it nightly for a week.
