Where to begin

I am new to this whole concept of healing, but I am fully convinced that it will work. I am not sure where to begin. I am getting a water filter, but I know I need to cleanse. Which one do I do first? I am overweight, have high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. I had a lumpectomy and radiation for early stage breast cancer in 2004. I have stopped taking my lisinopril, femara, and lipitor, and need advice on how to proceed. Thanks! Tweet
