I suppose I have concerns about the fact that they work on a bulk level - to the industry and are not so geared to the consumer, like a company such as Crows. Causes me a little trepidation regarding the quality of the tincture.

I like that Jeff is there answering the phone, standing by what he does, knowing what he does. A whole different kind of operation.
