I stuck my face in the bowl and INHALED, held it in the sinus area and then blew it out. Yes, I did it a second time. It would've only been unsanitary had I been sharing the bowl with others:) My sinuses cleared up(not completely)...I'm going to do this daily...for a while...

I usually irrigate with salt water. Have you ever irrigated? Gets easier. Some folks use a neti pot:)
