ive had one for about a year.

hard for me to say if it works really.

i do seem to feel a bit more energised whilst wearing it.

but also sometimes ive noticed a kinda anxious feeling whilst wearing it and felt the need to take it off.

i noticed more of a postiive effect in the early days, and it seems more prominent at work where there are a lot of computers.

i somehow feel 'safer' wearing it when i go to work, but i dont know if the effect is real or psychological. Tweet
