Excuse me if I am wrong, but this sounds like Tasha(with numbers behind) and you are asking the same questions and apparently not doing anything with all the information you have been given. What exactly do you expect to happen, your eyes to be clear and not puffy and circles disappear WITHOUT doing anything? Why keep asking, if you do not wish to work with the information and proctols that you have been given?

As I have mentioned before, these problems did not occur overnight, nor will they disappear overnight. You MUST do something with the information you have been given... or not, but if not, then why keep asking!

Again, if you are not Tasha, pardon me. There are several posts that have the information you are looking for...in oil pulling, alkaline, candida (I believe?).
