Yes, I'm not sure why it [sulphur] has been so overlooked. I have a book on human nutrition and metabolism, and there is less than a paragraph in it about sulphur, yet other minerals get 4-5 pages.

Even that is only a small part of the picture because of its emphasis on sulfates. Many enzymatic processes use sulphur in other forms.
