Best - look at the artificial sweeteners (sucralose in the Splenda and Walden Farms syrup) and zero fat products likely to contain soy and modified food starch - at term often used to disguise MSG!
No artificial sweeteners are safe - and that absolutely includes sucralose. Use Stevia or Lo Han instead./
No soy products are safe, except fermented ones like miso and tempeh. The multi billion dollar soy industry has succeeded at inserting soy into all areas of our diet - be sure to read labels! Better to have olive oil. Best to have coconut oil (but it does pack some calories)
MSG is flat out dangerous - and thanks to deceptive labeling practices, it is inserted into our foods under scores of terms that say nothing about MSG.
The recipes do sound tasty - with modifications I believe they could be much more healthy and still work.
