Re: Administering a Enema

I've been doing coffee enemas with coffee from
http://www.sawilsons.com,
for 1 1/2 years (the coffee is organic and grown just for that). I use their enema bucket - it's easier to clean than an enema bag and you can see how much of the coffee is left in there as you go along. It has a tube that I insert 12 - 14 inches (using butter as a lubricant), and I use 4 cups of 101 - 103 degree Farenheight coffee (boil for 5 min., then simmer covered on low for 20 min.). I only use distilled water. I lie on my left side and insert the tube, taking 15 min. or so to get the coffee in there, counting to 5 each shot of letting the coffee in - then retain it for up to another 20 min. It's supposed to be a great way to detoxify your liver.

I just had my first colonic yesterday, and it was amazing how much junk came out, especially since I do the coffee enemas so often. I read that you should do a series of 4 - 6 colonics when going on a cleansing regimine.
