I agree that if you can find high quality (high BRIX), organically grown raw fruits and vegetables that these are ideal for restoring your body to health but I have tested extensively the produce that comes out of many farmer's markets in my area (which is full of health conscious people who frequent farmer's markets). Unfortunately most of the produce is average to poor quality.
So what do you recommend given this reality? I think thoughtful mineral supplementation based on an understanding of the Science of how your body generates energy to heal itself makes sense.
Insisting on "living foods" borders on dogma when you ignore the fact that most of the "living foods" that are sold around the world are not high quality and have very little "life force" to offer the person that eats them. Minerals are of central importance for health. The major advantage to eating raw foods whole foods is that raw foods contain intact enzymes and phytonutrients. But without a lymphatic system that is of a healthy PH (from consuming enough minerals) enzymes are unable to function properly.
