Re: i have a ? about time duration

When I started I was very vigilant and OPed 3x a day. Then life got busy, as it does, and it became twice a day. Now most days it's once upon rising. Sometimes I get a second one in. I think the fact that I started off with 3x day gave me great results quickly. But now I think once a day is fine. I couldn't imagine not doing it anymore. I love it. But time and stuff gets in the way, so for me, once a day is all I need right now.
