The alkalizing drink I take is composed of apple cider vinegar, black strap molasses, calcium chloride, pinch of Epsom Salts , kelp and distilled water.
When I started taking this drink I noticed after a couple of weeks an all over feel look/better improvement.
Now after five months things are just getting better. I still have to learn not to eat some *bad* things but am working on that.
I don't know what to say about the cardio, it's definetly good for you. How do you feel if you are underweight after doing the 2mile run? I would say if it made you feel good, keep doing it. However, if you feel exhausted and tired that might be to much. You could always compromise, maybe do 1 mile?
