Hi.
I lost a lot of my hair and eyebrows at that age due to post tramatic stress syndrome. My mother passed away.
Do whatever you can to help her feel confident and not self conscious.
I ended up doing drugs and drinking at a very early age because that is a horrible age to have to worry about that kind of stuff.
