If a girl gives a guy a blowjob that has genital warts it is possible but not very likely that she could get it in her throat and or mouth and tounge and pass it on to someone else later. It is unlikey though because the genital warts prefers the skin on the genitals and anus. Acutally you can't ever get rid of the virus or get cured from it but you can get them removed and they sometimes never come back although you can still spread it to someone else even if there is no visible warts.
