TESTIMONIAL ~ Iodine & Surprise Cleansing Results

I have been gone for almost 2 weeks and am trying to get "caught up" on my curezone reading! This forum trucks along so fast I'm not sure if I'll make it through almost 2 weeks of back postings or not.

While away visiting my folks, I had a very exciting surprise result connected with my experimental Iodine consumption. I have been experimenting with Lugol's now for 2 months, sometimes taking up to 4-5 doses of 4-6 drops per dose in a day. I have been off the Lugol's completely that past 2 weeks due to traveling. About a year ago I got several of the ionic foot bath cleanses. Each time the water was truly yucky with lots of dark brown and black color (supposedly from liver) and black flakes/sediment (supposedly heavy metals, plus some other colors and chunks. Part of this past 2 weeks included visiting relatives. Unbeknown to me, they have one of the expensive ionic foot bath setups. So I did an ionic foot bath, using distilled water, just like I did a year ago. Shock of all shocks, the water stayed perfectly clean! There was only a small amount of foggy matter (supposed to be lymphatic) and near the end of the treatment a few bubbles that are supposed to be indicative of sinus... Iodine is supposed to detox you of the heavy metals; not just mercury, but all of them. The ionic foot bath tends to do the same things. That is why most people get the ugly brown & black water and particles when they do the foot detox. I came to the conclusion that swallowing ample Lugol's really DOES detox the heavy metals out of the body!!! since my foot bath water basically stayed pristine clean! I am sure that I have lots of detoxing left to detox using the iodine. However, I apparently have gotten rid of the grosser, more superficial stuff and am wondering if I am now close to cellular detox level.

has anyone else tried the ionic foot baths sometime prior to starting iodine? If so, consider trying an ionic foot bath again. I would love to know if anyone else gets similiar results. Thanks! Tweet
