Day 23 on humaworm

Hi everyone, I am sorry for not writing sooner. It was just too busy, too many trips and too many continents to visit.

Anyhow, here are some very interesting bits of info:

1. I wrote about the bad B.O. I had on day two of humaworm. The next day I went for my colon hydrotherapy session, and the question the doctor asked me afterwards was whether I took anything for parasites! I asked - why? She said that I had a lot of yellow stuff in my colon, and that usualy is a die off sign; like, parasites are dying. I said that I did, and she asked me what I took (I think she was impressed) and wrote down the "humaworm" name on a piece of paper.
I also told her about the bad BO i had, and she also said it must've been the dying parasites.

2. After the colon hydrotherapy session I felt like new again. The next day there was some BO, but only about 10% of the intensity of the day before. Later, I only felt tad bit of it and only on palms of my hands.

3. I missed taking humaworm twice - once around day 5 and another time around day 15. Taking trips, changing time zones and so on was not easy...

4. Around second week I noticed that I no longer had that heavy feeling in my stomach after I got up in the morning. I used to have to drink tons of water with lemon to be able to eat. Now, I don't have to do that any more. I get up and feel good. I can eat. I am stil loosing weight! (I was about 25 lbs over weight, now it's about 15)

5. I noticed quite a few times that I have heartburn right after taking humaworm pills. If I took them on empty stomach, I'd maybe burp once and that was all. But if taken after food, like i did last night, the heartburn is qiute bad. last night was the worst - I took it after having a good bowl of salad with olive oil. Nothing else. As good and clean food as one can get. But immediately after, I took humaworm and had a nasty hearburn. Took tons of water, and it didn't help. THen I took a bit of yogurt and that helped somewhat; then I took a lot more yogurt (about one more cup) and the problem was gone.

So I'd have to say that, at least for me, it is NOT the same whether I take it before or after meal. I definitely recommend taking it before meal, on empty stomach with plenty of water.
maybe I have some other health issues that I am not aware of (h.pilory?)...?

6. One other interesting benefit is that my sugar craving has gone waaaaay down. I have stopped eating anything with sugar (except for fruits), a few days before starting humaworm, so I can't be sure if it's the effect of my strong will, or humaworm or both. I think humaworm may be killing off candida as well which would explain reduced sugar craving.

7. I cannot stress enough the need for colon hydrotherapy when one takes humaworm. As a matter of fact, I cannot stress it enough for anyone! Keep in mind that you are trying to get rid of something, and that something is not willing to leave on it's own, even dead. If it is not expelled, it's waste and everything else it releases as it's dying is re-absorbed into your blood stream. Not a way to get better...

Yes, colon hydrotherapy is uncomfortable, and even embarrasing. And I can tell you that I'd be the last guy on the planet to allow anything to enter the place that I consider "exit only". However, I also have a child, and having been so exhausted that I couldn't play with him, and having had a friend who died of kidney complication, I decided that no amount of discomfort or embarrasment can compare to benefits that I would get.

So, please, do yourself a favor, and if you are already taking your health so seriously to take humaworm, then also DO take the colon hydrotherapy. Do at least 5 sessions, perhaps every week or two, and see for yourself. You'll loose weight, you'll loose poisons, you'll loose a lot of discomfort, and you'll get your life back. Also, you will feel and look about 10 yrs younger.

Also, to get the most out of all this, find a good osteopath. If what he does is hurting or is audible (popping and cracking sounds), then he's no good, look elsewhere. Also, a decent relaxing massage is good. Forget chiropractors though. Why all this? To stimulate your body to release poisons from areas where they are hard to get rid of.

As Edgar Cayce once said: "Do all three or nothing at all!"

Cheers
