Yes, I agree I visited my great-grandmother when she was 90 and my grandfather died at 89 when he was at a dance, I would like to check out that way without being sick.

I hope at least I have the right genes, after a life of diet pepsi and prescription medication. It was not till I was 67 (now 71) that I found CZ. Have been doing cleanses and improving my diet, hired a personal trainer. Can walk up the stairs again without pulling myself up on the railing, went from 2 lbs (normal for people my age) free weights to 10 lbs and now going to try 12 lbs.

Now on 100 mg Lugol/iodoral. Just got my first 2 Amalgams out last week. Certainly trying to stretch my health and life.
Indeed like Parrotgreen says between 60-90 this is a great time when you are healthy.

May be this sounds morbid but I am planning to tell my family if something happens to me, to leave a post on CZ for the sake as part of all the research done here.

Now I am alive and well!
