Re: face & dead skin

I have found using a clay face mask (I have french Green Clay that I just mix with water, or sometimes I add other stuff like cayenne pepper or turmeric to the clay) to be most helpful. It slurps impurities out of the skin, and then after it has dried, when I am washing it off, it sloughs off dead skin cells. I do skin brushing on my face on a daily basis, but I find the clay mask to be more effective. After the mask, I finish with rubbing an oil into my face, such as extra virgin olive oil. If I do this at night, and leave the oil on all night, when I wake up my skin looks really good!

That reminds me, I should do this more often...
