Build up on pubic Hair!

I have this weird buildup on my pubic hair on my balls. I have had sex with a couple all protected. It started slowly in one spot then spread. The hair is now kinda clear looking with a whitish yellow builup on it. I cant find any information on a problem like this. I thought maybe crabs but its not itchy and it is thick builup not little nits. If someone knows what my problem that would be great and how to get rid of it would be better.
