Re: Loose fillings must be replaced

I haven't been to the dentist in 10 years!

So I'm a little terrified about being yelled at, although my teeth aren't in too bad of shape.

Maybe I'll go in for a checkup and see what he says. Especially when I say, "No fillings, please. I'm going to remineralize my own teeth thank you!"

I just don't know what a dentist could do for me at this point, besides expose me to toxic x-rays and poke and scrape at my mouth. I'd refuse any treatment and that polish has always made me want to vomit. In fact, as a kid I sat through my dental checkups trying not to throw up all over the dentist from the vile taste of those chemicals. I even brushed with baking soda because I couldn't stand toothpaste! (kids are wise, eh?)

But the mercury, that frightens me. Definitely need to do SOMETHING. My tongue has tooth imprints on the side, which I've read is a sign of mercury toxicity.
