Urethral discharge(not chlam or ghon)

A week or two after having sex with my girlfriend I noticed a discharge and itch in my urethra, but no pain while urinating. The discharge started clear, then went to white, and sometimes was yellow. I was tested at planned parenthood and came up neg for 'their tests', which I believe were just chlamydia and ghonnerea. They prescribed an Antibiotic that I took on time for a week. While I was on the anibiotic my symptoms went away, but about 3 days after I finished them they came back. My girlfriend thinks she was getting a yeast infection. Are these symptoms of a male yeast infection? and if so, would the Antibiotics have slowed my symptoms like that? or would the fact that taking the Antibiotic stopped my symptoms indicate that it is a bacterial infection? What should I do now? Take more Antibiotics ?
