Yes, it is ozonated water. I also swish with ozonated oil 3-4 x per day. It really helps with healing the mouth tissue for after care of dental work. A lot of people say that emotions and stress are the major cause of illness but I am coming to disagree with this idea...I am still just as stressed with marital problems as I was many months ago and currently I feel great. Getting this infection cleared has really lifted my immune system. However, my husband is away in another state right now and that may be some of the reason why I feel so good. Out of sight out of mind!
