Possible magnesium deficiency
You could try adding magnesium to your diet for a few days to a week before your next flush. Also, increase your intake of water for at least 3 days before the flush to fill your tissues with water, so that more water is available in your body to be eliminated during the flush.
You can do this by adding magnesium sulfate (
Epsom Salts ) to your drinking water and sprinkling a little on your food. You could take magnesium oxide tablets, available from the drugstore. You could take magnesium in any form by supplements.
Some people have reported diminishing reactions to
Epsom Salts , a form of magnesium sulfate. I started to as well, until I started supplementing with magnesium sulfate and magnesium oxide during the preparation phase of the flush.
I think what happens is that during the flush, the
Epsom Salts pulls water out of the tissue into the intestines, which results in diarrhea and/or "butt-pee". As the water from the tissues is eliminated, it carries nutrients, metabolic garbage, and electrolytes with it. Magnesium is one of the electrolytes which is carried into the intestines and out. So your body's electrolytes are depleted, and the body attempts to replace them through whatever is already stored in various tissues of the body, and through the diet. When you flush again, the body absorbs the magnesium of the Epsom Salts to replace what was lost before, and less is available to enable the flush. The result is a reduced amount of bms and poorer elimination of toxins and stones.
Also, obtaining more electrolytes through diet (fresh, raw fruits and vegetables, and potassium through the skins of root vegetables) would help replentish what is lost during the liver flush.
Just my thoughts.
