Being on the P&B shakes left me with worse candida than I started with!
This is obviously the candida notoriously "getting worse before getting better", but now that I'm off the shakes, how am I supposed to keep getting better except for going on an even more strick diet (I already somewhat follow a candida diet) r a candida cleanse?
Please help, I don't want to be stuck in the middle suffering from these annoying ailments all over again, I want to give my body a push to get on the better side!
