Your question: I don't do baths as it's too difficult to get in and out of the tub. Are there any alternatives that would be as effective or at least somewhat effective?
Answer: You may try the foot Soaks, but they will not be as effective as the Full body soaks !
But, they may help greatly !
Also one may use the 3% peroxide spray over ones body before and after taking a shower or other bathing !
