It's possible that you had too many things going on at the same time that night, the combination of the digestive enzyme + peppermint tea + the ginger tea + the IF #1 could have pushed you over the edge, so you might try doing just the IF #1 at night right after dinner and seeing if that makes a difference, and like the above poster mentioned, drinking plenty of water should help too.
Or another option if the IF #1 is simply just too strong for you.. then a good alternative might be Dr Schulze's IF #3 which is milder and it's a bit easier to adjust the dosage since it's in liquid form. You could start out with a very very small amount and gradually work your way up and see how that works out.
