master cleanse questions?

My husband and I want to do The Master Cleanse in order for us to do the Liver Cleanse. He has problems with his liver, as he has mild psorisis + mild athritis. I read in the section of cleansing that you should do a whole lot of cleanses before you do the liver cleanse. My question is, does The Master Cleanse take care of all these other areas, eg. parasites, kidneys and etc? Or is it still necessary to do those cleanses before hand?
The liver cleanse of Doctor Clark seems very complicated with all the procedures, is there an alternative to this, I read about the egg yolk cleanse but it seems as if there was a bit of controversy regarding this specific cleanse. Is it possible for anybody to provide information regarding this cleanse and if it is appropriate to do that cleanse after the master cleanse?
We are currently living in Ankara, Turkey and it really difficult to find organic products...I mean really difficult. Will this have any negative affect on the cleansing?
