You have missed the point, I have always had one suggestion for those who are allergic:

DO NOT SELF-EXPERIMENT with what I make.................

Your cure is in FASTING, do the fasting correctly until your accumulated waste have been cleansed from your body and then all of your allergies are gone. The wise person KNOWS that you should be allergic to ALL NONE HUMAN FOODS, in that you should have a reaction to none human foods, because it is a poison that has entered your system and it must be removed.

ALL non raw fruits are POISONS to the human body and thus are eliminated and this is HOW herbs work, the body seeks to REMOVE THEM and certain herbs go out certain elimination channels and thus the Naturopathic Doctor knows this and uses herbs to cleanse the body.

My Longevity Formula in theory has ALL, this means everything I can gathure and put into 1 kit, so "IF" your allergic to anything, do not experiment with my herbs, especially my Longevity Kit..

I use to be allergic to Coconut since birth and after I fasted for 40 days, the 40 year plague vanished, the smallest amount would cause my throat to swell shut in seconds or late that same night, many times I thought it would kill me. Those with allergic conditions DO NOT experiement with herbs, nuts, seeds, etc.....they need to eliminate their foods and learn to fast.

What is explained in BOOK I uses NO HERBS, NO DRUGS, it is the altimate cure for the allergic person, I followed the advice and cured my problem that I was born with. So I repeat, DO NOT EXPERIMENT with herbs, learn the art of Fasting.
