It's quite simple acually, all you need to do is be on a low gi diet. try and make sure everything you eat is low gi. When I a high amount of insulin is released in your blood stream it activates hormones which result in oily skin. I know you probably think its absurb but It's the only thing that truly works for me and is medically proven. I put a msg on the board a while back about it. anyways, i employ you to try it. Having lots of protein shakes makes it a lot easier to get through the day as well. good luck
