Re: How do you exercise on water?

Hi Aliprice, I hear you! Normally when I eat and I am not attempting a fast I eat a lot of food (approx 2000 - 2500 calories worth) over the entire day,.However, when I am attempting to fast and I eventually cave in and eat I can go through that amount of calories in like 1-2 hours, just bingeing on anything I feel like eating. I start think that since I have broken the fast I should just eat as much as I can, as if it is the last day I will be eating for a long time, since of course, i'm starting my fast again tomorrow! I will go through weeks of this kind of attempting to fast and caving at 10 pm and bindging for like 2 hours straight. But I have managed to fast in the past for a bit and I am now in the middle of day 3 so i am hopeful that I can continue. I usually exercise by doing things that do not raise my heart rate up too high (ie. walking). I find that when you fast, if you do anything that really works your heart too much you feel very uncomfortable. But taking a walk for 1 hour a day is quite effective I find, it takes your mind off food, burns calories and gets you outside, so an overall good thing. Don't worry about the bingeing, we've all done it, what's important is you keep trying and you will succeed!
