looking for info on nerve formula, anyone use it? mh you make it?

i was ordering some lbb and had to order it from another website (since mh is unable to ship to canada) and stumbled across this nerve formula. I couldnt find much info on it.

MH i didnt see it on your site, does that mean you dont make a nerve formula?

ppl who have used it, does it actually work?

my bf has alot of numbness in his mid section (left buttcheeck completly numb). this was caused by a sliped disk that caused alot of damage. he had surgery and regained alot of the numbness that he got from before the surgery but no other improvment. i was just curious to see if taking this formula could actually help him fix up the damaged nerves.
