One thing you don't seem to address (unless I am mistaken but you said you eat meat which carries a lot of parasite eggs, which can live up to 30 years) is that parasites have a harder time living in a ph perfect body--aka a mucussless alkaline diet. Once one is deparasitized, one should stick to a live food diet so they do not get reinfested. But I do believe deworming is a lifetime process.
