--Calcium vs Magnesium intake--


Hi Ya'll,

When a person increases their Calcium intake, they need to make sure they also increase the magnesium intake also !

"WHY" is this so ?

For proper Health of the body Bone and Tissue, the body needs a ratio of approx 2 parts of Calcium to each 1 part of Magnesium !

How may one get more Magnesium ?

Fresh Green Leafy Vegetables may be the best way, if one eats plenty of them each day of Top Quality !

But, what if "WE" do not have Top Quality Highly Mineralized Fresh Green Leafy vegetables to eat each day ?

What can we do then ?

"WE" can increase the intake of Epsom Salts along with the increase of Calcium as Lime water with the Alkalizing drink and the Epsom Salt will provide more Magnesium, which the body may need !

This helps to Solve problems like aches and Pains in our Muscles and may help "STOP" twitchy muscles etc , which some people may have !

As usual not every thing may be as it may first seem to be !
