I know that everyone is different and that no definitive amount can be said to be what is needed for a thorough detox and to reach Iodine sufficiency.

With that said, dear Veterans, how much Lugol's have you now gone through in your quest?

In addition to myself, I have 3 family members who are also wanting to employ this supplementation and detox protocol.
