this is an important question & needs to be answered for many people!
im specifying the question:
so what whould happen if paracites are expelled into the intestines, while you are on a fast?
paracites obviously die anyway while fasting, because they live on your food!
& since your immune-system now can focus much more at paracites & toxins, there will be a slaughter of those worms!

so I doesn't see the use of paracite-cleanse while fasting, but to have a clean liver & lungs is essential for detoxification! so it should be used in-between fasts.
