I put out my water for a day. My goal is
to get in a gallon even post cleanse. The
way I do it is to put my bottles of water
out at the beginning of each day. This makes
it easier to gauge how I am doing. Then I
just sip away. Sipping is preferable to
chugging. If you are just beginning to
work at getting properly hydrated, it may
take a few days to work up to the full
amount. By having the water out so you know
how you are doing, you can be able to work
at it more easier. One thing many people
do not realize is that if they are thirsty,
it IS a sign of dehydration. Ideally, we
just sip away through our day and never
get to the point where we are thirsty.
