Primarily because my friend invented a new way of making it. Only two companies use the method (he sold it to his present company and one other before he bought out the present company a few years ago) and they both tested head and shoulders above all other CS makers. I know what the difference is - in fact, I am about 20 paces from his lab and can walk over and watch, but I cannot reveal what it is, other than what it is sounds neat and is fun to watch. Tweet
