I've read some case studies of patients being put on extended Water Fasts when they had a lot of weight to lose(100+lb and 90+day water fasts). I have loads of excess fat. Do any of you guys know of ways to safely extend a Water Fast in order to fast 3 months+. I was anticipating having to create some sort of electrolyte replacement protocol to extend the fast, but if any of you already know of ways to extend a Water Fast (without breaking it with juice or other foods) I would much rather use an existing previously tested plan. My 40 day fast went bust around day 7 or so, but I have high hopes. I am going to try and fast through June, July and August. At this point I feel kinda like my own Science experiment. I can't find many studies on what I am planning. Any and all information is welcome. And if you just want to call me crazy that is fine too. We'll see how it goes. Happy Fasting!
