Yes. It does cut down the time a lesion stays on you but for me, I had to wait for the lesion to open and that would take a few days. Then when I applied it, it was very painful. For me, it didn't cut down on the frequency of outbreaks. I decided after using the first bottle that I wouldn't purchase another.
